After muller-eichtmayer’s non-public expulsion from the municipal utility supervisory board, the greens are now under pressure and are rightly calling for light to be shed on the dubious process. But the mayor, in view of his short-circuited reaction – there is no other way to understand the threat of the police – would rather continue to act unmolested in the darkness.
On tuesday (7. July 2020), it became public that city councilor steffen muller-eichtmayer (FGL) was kicked out of the supervisory board meetings of the municipal utility company forchheim. The greens consider the exclusion scandalous and assume that the expulsion was not legally correct.
But even apart from its legality or illegitimacy, the expulsion of a member of the political control body of the forchheim-based energy and water utility must be explained in public. That the mayor of forchheim nevertheless refuses to give any answers and explanations to the frankischer tag forchheim is a poor testimony and shows how little uwe kirschstein thinks of transparent decisions.
